No messes like you normally get when using ice. It keeps items cold for several hours too. I have also used this to place underneath containers while I am entertaining. It really keeps things cool. It also doesn't take that long to freeze.

The ice brick seemed to stay frozen most of the day and it kept the drinks we had in the cooler very cold. I would highly recommend this ice brick if you are in need of a large one for coolers!

It also fits almost all of our coolers and is the perfect size! We will be buying a second one for our large coolers!

On the very first freeze-and-use cycle the gooey ('ice substitute') contents started leaking out the top around what ought to have been the sealed plug. Got all over the contents of our cooler. No visible damage to the chiller or plug..

I took it to the beach and it lasted all day. It's easy to clean and works great. Just put it I the freezer the night before and grab it in the morning and it's super cold.

We use them in our work bags alone to keep things cool, they actually can and do freeze things that are on them, they last our whole 14hr workdays. We also, add them to our coolers, with ice, when we are going on trips, cookouts or camping.

I keep it in the freezer and break it out in a pinch when I don’t feel like using tons of loose ice in the cooler. Makes cleanup easier and quicker. It’s a nice size ice bro k too!!

My son works 12 hr days and they keep his lunch cold until his break. I think these are best for lunch boxes and we’ve been buying Coleman Chillers Hard Ice Substitute for years and I’d definitely recommend.

I have one "cube" that is more than 20 years old and it is just as good as the day I bought it. That cube has been in weekly use for more than 20 years. I also own newer ones that are absolutely fabulous!

This is for a big cooler not a lunch box. It works great to extend your ice when camping or at the lake . A must have camping accessory.

They stay frozen for a very long time and they don't warp like some other brands. The material is very sturdy, I've been using the same four blocks for about seven months and haven't had any issues.
