Great Cooler
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this cooler on several different occasions and it performed great each time. The first being a family picnic, then a camping weekend and finally for a softball game. Each time it kept the food/beverages cold and fresh. The capacity is huge (no problem carrying enough food and drink for the entire camping/hiking weekend!
Also, it is very durable and well built. No issues dragging it across parking lot and through rough terrain getting to my daughter's softball game. I am very happy with this cooler.

Perfect cooler
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so happy to get this cooler as I live in hurricane territory. Not only will this be great for picnics, going to the park or beach, or even to a party at someones home but will come in handy if a storm hits and I am without power. I tried the 4 days of staying cool, however, it lasted 2 days. This may be because I only put a small amount of ice in it. It probably will stay cooler with frozen food along with ice in it. Even 2 days is better than most coolers. I love how it is compact and easy to store. The nice big wheels will also make it easier to pull along with a very sturdy handle. I look forward to using it for all my needs and it lasting for years to come.

Great Functional Cooler - Just Sold My Old One :-)
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to start off by saying I have way too many coolers, I have top-tier brands all the way down to Quicktrip Styrofoam, so when I received my new 65qt 5861, I wanted to ensure it was ready to be tested. Boy was I happy with the results. The wheels are super smooth and the carry handle allows for quick and easy movement. I was so impressed, I just sold my older Coleman Cooler just this week on FaceBook Marketplace and will now use my new 316 going forward. You just cant beat a Coleman Cooler!

Bigger and better
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this after being discouraged with our old cooler, because it was one of the more rugged type that cost a fortune, but the amount that they hold is miniscule compared to this cooler! I was shocked that we have been able to fit over 100 cans inside. There is honestly no need to spend a crazy amount of money on the over priced coolers, because this one keeps things cold for quite a while longer than our other! The fact that it has wheels is an added bonus on top of it being light weight too!

Kept everything Cold
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to take a short notice trip a few states away so my new Coleman 316 series came in handy I was able to pack ice and ice packs plenty of water and sodas tons of snacks and still plenty of room for my insulin pack every time we stopped I checked the cooler and everything was cold and it stayed that way until we got to our destination I love the handle on it and of course the wheels I will always trust a Coleman Cooler

Perfect size and durable

So it easily fit in the back on a full van without having to move things around! Also easy to transport on wheels and a pull up handle! A plug to drain when your done using it. Plus benefit of little holders on time when closed! Perfect for our long softball tournament weekends!

The One Cooler to Rule Them All!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use this cooler when we go to the lake on the weekends, and it can hold all the drinks and snacks you and your family could need. The ice does not melt for several hours, and the wheels make it so nice for transporting and moving it around on different terrains. We also use the COLEMAN - 316 COOLER 65QT WHL 5861 RCK/W/RCK C2 at home on the patio when we have friends and family over. When you're outside enjoying a cold drink and the weather is just right, you do not want to get up and walk inside for another drink. With this big boy, we can keep it stocked and just grab one and not miss a beat while playing yard bowling or horseshoes. This cooler is the big one, it's the one that's gonna keep all the things nice and cold and you won't have worry about whether or not you can fit everything in it. We love it!

Rolls Nicely........
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Coleman 316 65Qt cooler is nice. I really like the size and shape of this cooler. I was surprised how tall it was when it arrived. I like it!!! It appears to be well insulated. However, we haven't used it for more than two consecutive days to know if it keeps ice for the full 4 days as advertised. During our trips when we've used the cooler, we've only been out for 2 days at a time. As long as you aren't constantly opening and closing the lid, the ice stays quite solid for the duration of our 2 day trip.
The wheels feel solid and it rolls quite nicely. It also has molded handles on the side should you need to lift or carry the cooler. The cup holders on top of the lid are convenient and have come in handy many times. The cooler does have a drain spout for easy draining. Overall, we're very happy with the cooler.

It's HUGE

I honestly wasn't expecting it to be this big lol it's huge and is so much easier to use at the river and beach (I live in Florida) it's smooth and carries enough for lunch and all our drinks, plus it has 4 drinks spots on top to hold whatever you're drinking. I love it!

Keeps the ice for days!

Very spacious interior - Good size
I live in Charleston SC and very few coolers would last 4 days and keep everything cold. The Coleman 316 65 quart only kept things cool for 2 days. However, I seldom use it for 4 days. Mostly use one to cool drinks when the grands come over for a picnic. This particular cooler has only been used once and the wheel mechanism broke the first time and was only half full with ice and drinks. The left wheel just curved/swiveled to the outside and you couldn’t roll it. Thus I had to switch to a different cooler. I have a bad back and unable to lift heavy objects. Thus I purchased a rolling cooler. The other foreseeable problem is the drain … which sits off the back side underneath the cooker. When you tilt the cooler fully loaded, it’s drags on the drain plug and eventually it’s going to damage the drain/plug; poor design. The rest of the cooler is very well built with spacious interior, 4 cup holders in the top, tops closes and seals well, telescoping handle. The unit also serves as an additional seat.

Just what I needed
Exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price. It was intended for a 1 way trip from Seattle to Montreal at Christmas, to transport seafood. It arrived in good shape with everything frozen. I'm happy.

I absolutely love this cooler!

Pros:
1) It's a really good size. It can hold a lot, but it doesn't seem too big.
2) The wheels and expanding handle make it really easy to transport to and from the car.
3) It keeps stuff cold for a really long time! We used it for drinks on Saturday. We put ice and salt in there to make it colder. I left the cooler outside to see how long it could keep the drinks cold. There was still ice in the cooler on Tuesday (only a little). The water and drinks were still ice cold on Wednesday. I should note that it was 90 degrees outside pretty much every day from Sunday to Wednesday.
4) It is sturdy enough to sit on. I briefly sat on it.
5) I love the color. It's perfect!
Cons:
1) The side handles feel a little awkward to me. I actually ended up gripping other things while trying to get it in and out of the car.
2) The expanding handle gets stuck occasionally. I couldn't get it all the way up without jiggling it quite a bit.
Overall, I love this cooler! I would definitely recommend it!!

Not reliable
It says that it cools for 4 days went camping in 30-40 degrees and had to replace the ice every day. Then the handle wouldn’t lift up. Was not a good product.

Great cooler, not safe though.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I WANT to give this more stars but cannot. First I'll start with the positives.
This cooler is DEEP!! It can hold a lot for sure. The drain built at the bottom is in the perfect place as there is no need for tilting one way or another, instead just unplug and let it drain. Currently I have ice in there (20lbs bag) that is going on day 3 and will easily go into day 4 I imagine!
I love the 4 cup holders built into the top lid and it doubles well as a seat.
The only complaint I have is the lid has a terrible design. I'm used to tight fits with rubber seals, or just a more tight fit with lids in general because they're heavier.
This just feels like it sits on top and has a couple of notches it slides into with no real locking feature. What made me care about this issue is the face that my 19th month old child can open it no problem. Before I would not have thought of the child security of it but my child actually lifted up the lid and because it doesn't open to far back and is loose, as soon as he let it go, it came down and smashed his hand and now has a black nail from it.
Also, being on the shorter end of a 19th month old, he's still short enough to not be able to get his chest or stomach over the edge of the cooler, but I worry for kids not in the bottom 10th percentile for hight if they too can lift the lid, I worry a lot about them leaning over the edge and falling in face first and not able to get out because their feet can't help and risk drowning, or a shock to their system from the cold.
While the cooler really does the job. The lack of a secure lid really has issues for me that I wouldn't have thought about until I was a parent.
