Love our canopy, no replacement cover unacceptable
We have purchased 3 of these canopies. The first one we used at our RV camp and loved it so much we got another for home. The first one, the canopy was damaged by my own doing and upon being unable to replace the canopy I purchased a third. Now the second canopy cover was damage by wind and now needs replacement. Obviously by all of the comments replacement covers are a reoccurring request. Customer Service is what all of these comments have requested. It is obvious Coleman has no appetite to address customer needs. Shame on you Coleman I will be purchasing another canopy but it will not be yours.

No replacement canopy
Sad that there is no replacement canopy for this unit in Canada. The cost of the replacement canopy in the US is more that what I paid for the whole unit. So there goes another frame into the landfill.

Replacement Canopy availability in Canada?
It seems that the canopy is the weak point of this shelter. We have at least 6 frames where the canopies went bad (ripped due to sun & wind) & are not-usable. The USA replacement canopy costs are more than the costs of buying a complete unit here in Canada. So, the frame & storage case are added to the landfill ............... SUCH A WAIST !

Could have been great
The frame is sturdy and well designed, however I was disappointed to find that the canopy cannot be replaced/repurchased in Canada (getting it from the US costs more that buying a brand new full set here).
Got one season from it and now it is a glorified plant trellis in my garden.
Really disappointed in the lack of replacement parts that render the shelter useless.

do not buy Coleman canopies
This canopy worked great until the first big windstorm. One of the seams ripped at that point and as no replacement canopy is available, the entire unit is now unusable. My son-in-law has a similar Ozark canopy which had no problems in the same windstorm and is now approx 5 years old.

Poor quality cover with no replacement option
Used three times in season for short period, the canopy cover ripped on second used in multiple spots and didn’t last a season. No replacement cover so left with frame in perfect condition. Canopy cover is poor quality.
