Stoves dies in cold weather
I spend about half the year living out of my vehicle or in work provided housing(subcontractor with USFS) and use my stove daily. I use a small propane tank with a Coleman branded hose to make sure the connections work and I don’t go through countless small green canisters. My old standard stove finally died and I bought the Triton as an upgrade. Unfortunately the triton flame dies out in cold weather if you try to use both burners. Most of where I work is above 10,000 feet so there are cold mornings and nights pretty frequently. The flame dies regardless of how full my propane tank is. When the stove works, it’s great! But the one I purchased, doesn’t work when I need it to.

Great stove, and fantastic purchase experience.
I needed this as a last minute addition to my camping kit. Placing the order was easy enough, and WOW, the fulfillment process was amazing. Frequent updates throughout kept me comfortable that it would get to me in time for heading out. The stove operated as expected, although the starter took a few test cycles before it would light consistently. Nice even heat for pots and the griddle-top made for some fantastic cooking. Easy clean-up, and just simply well designed. Very very happy with this.

Almost perfect
This stove is sleek and simple, works great. Just what we like! I would love to give it 5 stars, but the ignition button is not a great design. You have to PUSH it hard to get ignition, and that action pushes the whole stove away from you. I have to brace the back of the stove when using the ignitor to prevent it from sliding. Inconvenient. Our prior trusty Coleman (lasted 25 years!) had an ignitor TWIST knob, which was a much better design.

Perfect camping companion
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My boyfriend was so excited that we received this product for review. He had been eyeing this exact product online and so when it showed up on our doorstep he was beyond elated. His favorite thing about the Triton IS 2 is that is has both a handle for easy carrying and packing and the side flaps to keep the flame from going out on the stove. It’s easy to pack up and store away without being super bulky. He loved to cook with cast irons and this was very easy to make some delicious steaks (his choice not mine!) we’ve used it so far on our back patio but both of us can’t wait for it warm up so that we can go camping with this!

Convenient
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product from Influenster to try out and I am so happy with it. It is very convenient! It has two burners, and it’s very easy to use. The design is sleek and not too bulky. The stove itself is not heavy at all. It’s a decent size as well. I really love this 2 burner stove. I will be taking it with me on a future camping trip. This also comes in handy if you do not have a stove. I received this product in the middle of moving houses and I was unable to use my stove for about a week. This little guy came in handy! Thank You influenster.

The automatic start button doesn't work. I tried several times, each time I had to manually start the stove. I do like the fact that you can choose high or lower flame. The carry handle is a nice feature as well. The stove does slide very easily over the table, for that it gets a lower rating as well.

stove runs good
so far so good. done 3 pots of popcorn with not burned 'old maids / grumpy old men" to show for it. The dog loves it all. If the west would stop burning up we'd take it on the road and give it a real try., would recommend to anyone, friend or otherwise. great flame control. Much better than the same stove we bought for our honeymoon in 1985 that we've used CONSTANTLy since and were dorry to have to dispose of udring out last camping trip. At 77, I don't think I will live long enough to have to worry about this stove wearing out.

Could be better
Although I like this camp stove, it does have its problems. The ignition on the left burner doesn't work well. I have to use a lighter on it. Kind of defeats the purpose of spending the extra money for a stove with ignition if I still have to use a lighter. Other than that it does the trick. So save your money and get the model without ignition.
