“Awesome Tent!”
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am extremely happy with my new Coleman-6-Person Skydome Camping Tent! This awesome tent is going to be perfect for my families upcoming camping trip! I put it together with my Daughter’s help in my backyard first to make sure all goes well when the time comes. It did take longer to put together than 5 minutes as was shown on the package but it wasn’t too hard of a task at all. This tent is made really well so I’m sure it’s going to withstand any type of weather we encounter. It has plenty of room for our family of 5 and I love how we can stand up in it too! I truly recommend this product!

Great Tent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Coleman 6 person Skydome tent. The best part about it is that the poles are already attached to it. I saw several other people complain about tents with pre-attached poles but me being new to the tent game, I like it. If I had to put together all of those pieces on my own I just don't think it would be worth the time. With this tent you get EASY quick setup. I love the fact that I can stand straight up in it without hitting my head. Tent seems to be made with great quality materials and seems like it will last for a long time. Very convenient. I would recommend to others.

Let's go camping!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's not camping season now, but my family couldn't wait! So we built it indoors. It was very easy to put the tent together. We needed to look in the instructions just briefly. It was nice to have them attached to the storage bag, so its not going to get lost. Tent looks light with lots of vents for fresh air. I just put one inflatable queen mattress inside for the kids to sleep on tonight. It will comfortably fit a second bed and leave plenty of storage room for other camping gear. I would say 4 adults would have lots of space. Even six with some other type of mattresses would sleep comfortably. I'm am 5'4'' and have plenty of room to stand up inside. We like it a lot.

Setup design is an absolute trainwreck
The poles are permanently attached to one side of the tent. After untangling the shock cords and fitting all the fiberglass ends into the aluminum sleeves, you have to clip a bunch of hooks to the poles. They can't just slide because of the aluminum sleeves on the poles and there aren't any markings to show where the hooks need to be positioned. If you start the hooks from the top, you have to keep adjusting the spacing. If you start at the bottom, you can't access the hooks at the top. All this could have been avoided by NOT BUILDING 1/2 OF EACH POLE INTO THE TENT, or at least marking where on each pole the hooks needed to be clipped. Even with 2 people, setup is a nightmare.

Nice little tent for occasional camping
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was overall happy with this tent. We only go camping a few times a year and only in the summer so this works perfectly. It was a little confusing to put together at first and took longer then the. "5" min but now that I know the process its much easier. I like that it has more head room, so it's much easier to stand up in. The material is a bit thin so I don't think it would be very good in rain or snow, and the zipper catches a lot which is annoying....as for it being a 6 person tent: yes technically you can fit 6 people in if you are all laying next to each other and don't need any room for clothes or supplies but comfortably it's really only a 2-3 person tent

My VERY first time camping, I stayed in this tent overnight in a heavily forested area. It rained the ENTIRE time, loud enough to wake me up at multiple points in the night. However, I had absolutely zero issues with leakage. Set-up was also very manageable as a first-timer and it's only gotten significantly easier since then. Inside it was a smidge smaller than I was expecting but then again, I had to keep all my gear + a queen-size air mattress inside due to the rain. Considering I was a true newbie in bad weather, I left genuinely impressed with this tent.

Perfect tent with easy set-up
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family has never owned a tent or gone camping before, but our 9 and 6 year old were begging for a tent. We all just loved this tent and used it to camp in our backyard. It was super spacious, plenty of room to stand inside the tent, and super easy set-up. It says 5 minute set up, although it took us about 10 minutes. Hopefully with more practice we can do it in the 5 minute recommendation. The only part we struggled on a bit, was packing up the tent and having it fit inside the storage bag. We got it in mostly, but couldn't zipper up a small part since it was too bulky. Overall, the tent was a hit!

Affordable and great for family
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I choose the Coleman-6 person skydome tent because it said 5 minutes to set up and it looked big with more head room then most. It is also a fair price. Well it is light weight enough to carry. I am a 61 year old woman. I opened the tent and it was not too hard to set up. It took me about 15 minutes but don't forget I am an older woman. A young man could have done it in 5. It is very roomy and held 4 of us nicely. Only used it for 1 camping trip so far but seemed sturdy enough that it is going to last us for a while. I would recommend this to my friends and family. Coleman has always been a name I trust and like.
