Description
Sets up in under 5 minutes (based on average setup time with 2 people) so you spend less time pitching the tent and more time relaxing at the campsite. Go ahead and spread out, the Coleman® Skydome™ Camping Tent XL fits 4 queen-sized airbeds so you and your family can camp in comfort. The unique design features a room divider and 2 doors (front and back) so you have two entrances, making it easier for your group to get in and out of the tent. The nearly vertical walls offer more headroom. Plus, a wide door design means you can move airbeds, sleeping bags, and other gear in and out with ease. Large door awnings provide more weather protection and better airflow. An E-port makes it easy to access an extension cord so you can bring electrical power inside your tent. Downpour in the forecast? This tent features the WeatherTec™ system with a tub-like floor and patented welded corners, while inverted seams and taped seams on rainfly and tent body help keep water out. Plus, the strong frame has been tested to withstand up to 35 mph winds. The extra-large size makes this tent a great choice for car camping with a large group. Great tent!
We've used this tent a few times now and it works great! Love the fibreglass poles instead of aluminum as they just bend. Good reinforcement on all stress areas like the peg tabs and pole mounts. I would argue the "pre-attached" poles don't save much time. Lots of pockets and good headroom. Love the entrance area to keep shoes dry.

Don't buy this tent.
This product is horrible. By far, this tent is the most complicated I have ever had in terms of setup, takedown, and especially cleaning. Horrible design due to the fact that 4 out of 5 poles are permanently attached to the tent thus making this brutal to clean. I want my money back.

Absolutely Outstanding
This tent is outstanding. My family has been using it for three summers now and it's the second version of another Coleman we had before that. We've slept through rainstorms, windstorms, squirrels dropping pine cones on us and it's kept us warm, dry and comfortable. I can't figure out why the other reviewers rate this tent so low. The person who said they have trouble cleaning it because of the attached poles.. are you kidding me? I guess that would be true if you tried to put it in the washing machine but otherwise, usually you just sweep a tent out and/or wipe off the outside. Easy, no hassle whatsoever. If a person finds the colour coordinated poles and corresponding 'pouches' (where you insert the other side of the poles) difficult, then that person obviously doesn't have much xp with tents in general. You literally put the red pole in the red pouch. The black pole in the black pouch and the grey pole in the grey pouch. This this is a snap to understand and set up. I would say it takes more than 5 mins though. Even with two people.
If you have a big family, lots of friends, or want extra room for your pets, this tent is amazing. Wish I could give it 6 stars.

However, to put the tent back in the bag: -Take out all the stakes and poles, and place them aside. -Flatten the Tent: Lay the tent flat on the ground. Make sure the door is unzipped to allow air to escape while folding. -Fold the tent: Fold the tent half lengthwise. Align the edges and smooth out any wrinkles. If it&rsquo;s still too wide for the bag, fold it again lengthwise until it is slightly narrower than the bag. Roll the Tent: Starting at the end opposite the door, begin rolling the tent tightly towards the door. Rolling from this end helps push the air out through the open door, making it easier to compress the tent. Secure the Tent Roll: Use the tent&rsquo;s compression straps (if included) or a piece of rope to keep the roll tight and compact. Pack the Tent: Place the rolled-up tent into the bag, along with the stakes and poles. Make sure everything fits snugly. Zipper Closure: Zip the bag closed and ensure that it is not overstuffed.
