Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great tent,poor customer service from both company I really loved the tent—it was very spacious and exactly what we needed for our camping trip. Unfortunately, the elastic cord of one of the rods was already broken before we even used it. The fan and light that came with it were also not working. I tried to contact Coleman through their website using the “Contact Us” section, but no one responded. We went to Walmart to try to exchange it, but since it was bought online, they wouldn’t allow the exchange. I also asked if they could honor the sale price so I could repurchase it, but the customer service representative said no. In the end, I had to return the tent, which was disappointing because I really just wanted to exchange it for a working one. The product itself had great potential, but the quality issues and lack of support ruined the experience. Coleman reference #: 48807428

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Spacious tent with awful weather protection. After the only two times we used it, we experienced moderate to heavy rain. The tent did not resist the rain at all. The side walls are far too exposed to the elements, which causes water to enter both through the seams and through the fabric itself. Being stuck under the rain, we had to buy several additional tarps, ropes, accessories, seam sealers, etc. to try to protect it from the rain and to cover the walls as best as we could; this potentially cost us more than the tent itself. The rainfly provided is not made for all weather camping. The tent has become unusable for our family and is not a reliable option when stuck camping under the rain during vacation . We love the size and space for our family of 2 adults and 3 children, but the two bad experiences we had mean that we will probably not use it again. Since we are outside the store’s return period, we are left with the feeling that we wasted our money.
