Please be advised that Coleman&#39;s MINIMUM hydrostatic head rating for the fabrics in this tent is 450mm. During batch and periodic quality testing we find most of the materials test at a much higher rating.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Waterproof materials do not 100% translate to a waterproof tent. The waterproofing of the tent is measured by our rain testing, which simulates a 6&amp;quot; per hour rain. To make our tents as waterproof as possible we tape all of the rainfly seams, use our WeatherTec inverted seams in other area, and use a patented welding process. We also enhance storm worthiness by our rainfly designs. Specifically our rainfly&#39;s extend in such a way that runoff or dripping water is unlikely to fall on a door or window area when the tent is properly setup and guyed.
